Your notice is private. We treat it that way.

What We Collect

When you use NoticeSahayak, we collect:

  • The notice document you upload.
  • Your email address, for delivery of your response package.
  • Payment information, processed securely through Razorpay.

We do not collect anything beyond what is needed to prepare and deliver your package.

How We Use It

Your notice is used solely to prepare your response package. Your email address is used solely to deliver it. We do not use your notice content for marketing, profiling, advertising, or any purpose outside of preparing your specific package.

Who Sees It

Your notice is processed through our AI preparation system. It passes through the following third-party processors as part of that process:

  • Our cloud infrastructure provider, for secure storage.
  • Our AI processing layer, for package preparation.
  • Our email delivery provider, for inbox delivery.

None of these parties use your data for any purpose other than processing your request. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties outside of the processors above. We do not share it with government authorities unless required to by law.

How Long We Keep It

Your notice and response package are retained for 30 days after delivery, after which they are deleted from our systems. Your email address is retained only for transactional communication related to your purchase.

Your Rights Under the DPDP Act 2023

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data.
  • Withdraw consent at any time.

Cookies

We use minimal cookies for site functionality and payment processing. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this policy, we will note the revised date at the top of this page. Continued use of NoticeSahayak after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
